Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) provides its services to you, subject to the following Terms of Service subject to amended time to time without notice to you. IBAI is providing pre recruitment of training to Point of sales as per the syllabus prescribed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India. At the end of the course, a test of 15 questions to be attempted
The Management of IBAI will not assumes any liability of copyright, or trademarks of the lessons as the similarity in the contents of the course may be merely a coincident.
The registration to the website is compulsory for those who wants to join the course and the same is being for security reasons as well as to have control on the usage of the site.
The personal information that collected during this registration process will NOT, be distributed and shared with any other third-parties. While submitting registration form, you also agreed to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. IBAI will not verify the accuracy of Personal Information that is submitted to the site, it is solely responsibility of the user.
The Management reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any user, If the data or information provided by the user is inaccurate, not related or incomplete or if the user violated our terms and conditions in any manner.
The Users are requested to provide accurate information as any correspondence will be sent on the address provided at the time of registration for inaccurate information i.e. email id or mobile no. the correspondence may not reach for which the management will be responsible.
Once the payment is made by the user will not be refunded.
If any dispute arises the jurisdiction will be Mumbai (Maharashtra)
The User who have made the payment to attempt the various certificate courses and Mock tests and later on he opts to cancel the same is permitted within 7 days for the date of making the payment. The user can send an email request to the ibai@ibai.org or support@ibai.org
The amount will be refunded after deducted the administrative charges i.e 30% in the respective mode of account within 15 days.
